Nyang Nyang Beach, is a true hidden gem waiting to be discovered. It offers a peaceful, serene environment that allows visitors to relax and unwind. With minimal visitors, Nyang Nyang Beach is the perfect place to indulge in Bali’s natural beauty and enjoy a tranquil ambience. Accessible only by a steep stairway, this secluded spot is worth the effort to experience its serene and inspiring atmosphere.
Uluwatu Temple
The stunning Uluwatu Temple is situated on a lofty cliff that towers 70 meters above the ground, creating a breathtaking sight in Bali. Although it may not be as widely recognized as Tanah Lot in Canggu, the temple attracts many tourists who come to witness the mesmerizing Kecak Dance performance during the scenic sunset. It’s crucial to note that flying drones is strictly prohibited within the temple’s surroundings to preserve its tranquillity and protect the safety of all visitors. Additionally, the entrance fee for the temple is set at 50,000 IDR, which is a reasonable price for the opportunity to experience the serene beauty of Uluwatu Temple.

Karang Boma

In the vicinity of Uluwatu is a strikingly steep cliff on the southern side of the temple. One must traverse a brief distance from an alternate parking location to access it. This particular spot is an idyllic setting for observing the sunset, and you will probably have the privilege of enjoying it all to yourself. Recently, I chanced upon this vantage point, which has quickly emerged as one of my top activities while in Uluwatu.
Thomas Beach

Thomas Beach in Bali offers a secluded and serene beach experience with crystal-clear waters, white sand beaches, and stunning ocean views. It’s perfect for surfing, swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Compared to other crowded beaches, Thomas Beach is less commercialized and offers few amenities, making it a hidden gem.

Padang-Padang Beach is a picturesque sandy bay that became renowned after its appearance in the movie Eat, Pray, Love. The beach boasts an ample amount of umbrellas for relaxation and sunbathing. A pleasant stroll down will lead you to a spot where you may encounter some friendly monkeys, but they won’t disturb you. The admission fee to access Padang-Padang beach is 15,000 IDR (0.82 GBP).
Suluban Beach

Known for its world-class surf breaks, towering cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking sunsets, Suluban Beach offers a unique and unforgettable beach experience. Make sure to stop by Single Fin. This popular bar offers an idyllic setting atop the Uluwatu cliffs, where you can unwind, grab a drink, and savour a snack while enjoying the breathtaking sunset. Not only does it provide a peaceful ambience, but Single Fin transforms into an electric atmosphere on Sundays with live DJ performances, making it the ultimate highlight of the week. Uluwatu uniquely appeals to surfers globally because of its magnificent surf breaks. Yet, these breaks are ideal only for surfers with considerable experience. For those who prefer a more effortless surfing experience, Dreamland or Padang Padang may be worth exploring.

Take an enchanting flight from the stunning Nyang-Nyang Beach cliff during sunset and witness the captivating scenery from a unique vantage point. Dreamland Beach

Dreamland Beach is the perfect spot to be if you’re new to surfing or simply love basking in the sun. With many shops and inviting beach clubs around, you can always grab a drink or a bite to eat while spending time at this petite beach. So it’s no wonder why it became our favourite in the area.
Visit GWK Cultural Park

It’s fascinating to know that the GWK Cultural Park is a versatile venue that accommodates music events, exhibitions, and conferences. I learned that a majestic bronze statue of Lord Vishnu, towering at 121 meters, was unveiled in the park in September 2018. It’s disappointing that the figure took three decades to complete due to political complications.

Barak Beach is a hidden gem on the eastern coast of Bali that offers a serene and tranquil experience away from the more popular tourist areas. The beach is surrounded by beautiful rocky cliffs
This new beach has smooth asphalt road access, so when you go to this beach you don’t need to worry about the road you will face. Along the way to the beach, you will see beautiful high limestone cliffs on the right and left along the way. These high cliffs are also often used as an instagramable photo spot. Many of the visitors who come are also capturing moments such as taking pre-wedding photos or family photos with these cliffs in the background. So before you get to the beach, you will enjoy the natural beauty of this cliff first.
