Triton is the mythological Greek god, known as the ‘Messenger of the sea’.
Triton’s special attribute is a twisted conch shell which he picked up while walking along Long Bay Beach.
He blows this shell like a trumpet to calm or raise the waves or wind. Its sound is so beautiful, that when loudly blown, it puts kiteboarders into flight and relaxed beachgoers to sleep.
King beds, en-suite bathrooms, and ocean views make six of the villa’s seven bedrooms a honeymoon-worthy retreat. Three of the suites open to private balconies, and the other four open to the terrace. Polished stone floors are a welcome contrast to the warm sand outside, striped throws and bedding are subtly nautical touches that nod to the beachfront setting and glass-walled shower and bathtub areas make the most of the gorgeous views.

Location:
Long Bay Beach, three miles long, is located on the southern shore of Providenciales (or Provo, as locals call it). Long Bay lacks the development of Grace Bay, although the word is slowly getting out. Its calm, shallow—and yes, strikingly blue—water makes it the ideal beach for a number of people, whether you want to try kiteboarding or simply stroll the shore in search of conch shells
